I have returned to 30+ asks in my inbox asking if I’m okay, and if the Jasper miniseries will ever be finished. Yes for both.
Basically, aside from all the covid crap, I’ve been working super hard at my job. Customers have been really aggressive this past year over lockdowns and restrictions and it has been very difficult emotionally.
I’ve been depressed for years and finally sought help. It was an uncomfortable process but I’m in a much better place than I was at the start of this year.
My sister has been struggling with her own private health issues and has needed support - which I didn’t hesitate to give. She is finally on the mend and only moving up.
My workplace was killing me. My manager had no empathy and many people resigned citing mental health and her lack of support as their cause. I was thinking of suicide every single day up until around July this year. I changed departments and work under someone much better; but have had to start from the bottom.
My partner of five years and I are in the very exciting yet extremely busy process of building our first home.
Plenty of things have been burying me and I’ve finally dug myself out. I’m not going to prioritise tumblr but updating and writing has been on my mind all year and I certainly intend to finish what I started. But I really can’t give a deadline.
I don’t know if you have already done this but could we PLEASE get a part 2 on Unrequited because it’s just necessary 😁
It’s absolutely necessary. I managed to get up to part 6 before my life went downside up and snatched my attention away from the utter importance that is Jasper Whitlock. V sorry.
I’m floating around these days and intend to continue the series as soon as i refamiliarize myself with what i even wrote lmao

Ya girl is back from her year-long slumber. So sorry I’m like this. Truly a chaotic fic writer. I came back and saw the links on my blog were all broken, so I’ve fixed that.
Now I need to reread the entire Jasper miniseries thus far to remember what the heck happened. Updating and FINISHING the series is definitely on my mind.
